1. Introduction
Welcome to Shah Transport. By accessing or using our taxi booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings made through our website are considered "Enquiries" until confirmed by our team via phone or email.
- Accurate information (phone, date, location) must be provided to ensure service quality.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Rates mentioned on the website are base prices and may vary based on peak seasons, additional kilometers, or night charges.
- Fares include fuel, driver allowance, and basic toll taxes unless specified otherwise.
- State taxes and parking charges are generally extra and to be paid directly by the customer.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip are generally free of charge.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the base fare for one day or trip.
- Refunds for advanced payments will be processed within 5-7 working days after verification.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
- Smoking, drinking, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to the vehicle interior caused by the guest will be charged additionally.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shah Transport is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, delays due to traffic/weather, or mechanical failures beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar.
